Made-to-Order Products

All merchandise and printed products are made to order.

Because our products are created specifically for each order, production does not begin until an order has been submitted and accepted.

Product colors, print placement, and finished appearance may vary slightly due to differences in screens, materials, and production processes.

Production & Processing Times

Online orders for merchandise and printed products are placed into processing each evening, Monday through Saturday, at 7:00 PM Central Time.

Orders received after the daily cutoff may be processed during the next scheduled processing period.

Sundays are closed and are not considered business days.

Our standard turnaround time is 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order size, product availability, customization requirements, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping transit time is separate from production time.

Custom Designs & Customer Uploads

Customers are responsible for ensuring submitted artwork, designs, and files are accurate and suitable for printing.

By submitting a design, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have permission to reproduce the artwork.

The Brand Bestie LLC is not responsible for printing errors caused by low-resolution artwork, incorrect spelling, inaccurate dimensions, or other issues in customer-provided files.

We reserve the right to decline designs that violate applicable laws or intellectual property rights.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer ordering errors.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

Shipping

We offer shipping on eligible orders within our supported delivery areas.

Our standard shipping rate is $8, with free shipping available on qualifying orders of $60 or more.

Local Pickup & Abandoned Orders

Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is ready.

Orders must be picked up within 30 calendar days of the initial ready-for-pickup notification.

Orders not collected within this period may be considered abandoned.

We may dispose of, donate, or otherwise remove abandoned orders after the pickup deadline, subject to applicable law.

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, abandoned orders are not eligible for refunds except where required by law.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Payment is required before production begins unless alternative arrangements have been expressly approved.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update product prices without prior notice.
